We offer mediation services to other attorneys and their clients, hosted at our office or via Zoom conferencing, when required. In a mediation session, like in the rest of our work, listening, patience, curiosity, creativity and respect for our shared humanity are critical. We identify possible solutions that opposing parties may come to see in their mutual interests. It is an honor for our team to be a part of an effort to reach agreement as an alternative to conflict.
